You’ll be working directly in client files — pulling and analyzing reports, identifying inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information, developing dispute strategies, submitting disputes, reviewing responses, and moving cases forward through each round.
This is a seasoned role. We’re looking for someone who already understands the credit dispute process and can manage a full caseload with minimal training or supervision.
What You’ll Do

* Build and execute dispute strategies for each client based on the specific items appearing on their credit reports
* Draft and submit dispute letters and follow-ups to credit bureaus and data furnishers through DisputeFox
* Track dispute rounds, response deadlines, results, and client progress
* Review credit bureau and furnisher responses and determine appropriate next steps
* Keep client files organized and moving through each dispute round
* Maintain accurate case notes and dispute history in GoHighLevel
* Monitor changes to client credit reports and document removals, updates, and score changes
* Flag complicated cases, stalled disputes, or potential compliance concerns to the Operations Manager
* Stay current on credit reporting regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable dispute practices
* Assist with preparing client-facing credit progress updates
* Communicate internally regarding client status, dispute progress, and required follow-up
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Credit Dispute Specialist, Credit Repair Specialist, or Disputer within the credit repair industry
* Strong working knowledge of the credit dispute process and credit reporting
* Familiarity with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
* Working knowledge of FCRA basics and credit reporting regulations
* Experience using DisputeFox or similar dispute-management software
* Experience reviewing credit reports through MyFreeScoreNow or similar credit-monitoring platforms
* Experience working with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify reporting inconsistencies and potential inaccuracies
* Strong written communication skills for dispute letters, client notes, and internal documentation
* Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment
* Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented
* A results-driven mindset with a genuine commitment to helping clients improve their credit profiles.
Why UTELU?
* Fully remote position
* Flexible, high-trust work environment
* Opportunity to make a direct impact on clients’ financial goals
* Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company
* Work alongside a motivated and entrepreneurial team
* Opportunity for advancement within the credit repair and financial services industry
