JOB OVERVIEW

Hey you — do you have at least 2 years of customer support experience in a fashion dropshipping store? Then keep reading, because this one is different from most VA jobs on here.

We are a fast-growing fashion dropshipping brand running several Shopify stores. Our volume is not flat: sale weekends, scaling periods and delivery peaks create days where the inbox triples overnight.

We are building a small standby pool of experienced support people we can call on for exactly those moments. We message you, you say yes or no, and that is it. No obligation, no penalty for saying no, no fixed hours.

This is not a call center and not a junior role. You handle real customer emails for real orders, and you are trusted to make the call.

? How it works
- We message you (WhatsApp or Slack) when we expect a busy day or when we are in the heat of the moment
- You reply yes when you are available that is the whole commitment
- If you say yes, you work minimum 3 hours
- Paid weekly at $3.50 per hour

? What you'll do
- Respond to customer emails in Help Scout — professional, friendly, on time
- Handle WISMO, delivery delays, returns, cancellations and sizing questions
- Escalate anything you are not sure about instead of guessing
- Working closely with the teamleader

What makes this easier than your last job: most tickets already have a draft reply and the order facts prepared when you open them. You check it, adjust it, send it. You are not digging through five systems for every email.

✅ Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in a fashion dropshipping store Shopify based
- You have worked for a store doing at least $100,000 per month in revenue. You do not need to name the company — we will ask about volume and ticket load
- Experience with returns, sizing questions and delivery issues in fashion e-commerce
- Fluent English
- Hands-on with a helpdesk (Help Scout, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk) and with Shopify admin
- Strong in Google Sheets
- Reliable internet with a backup connection, backup power, and a quiet place to work
- You reply to a shift request within 15 minutes, first one responds will get start working
- Individual applicants only — no agencies, no teams under one account

⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with Cwill or Chinese tracking systems
Familiar with EU consumer rules
Able to work night shifts (Philippines time)

? What We Offer
- $3.50 per hour, minimum 3 hours per call-out, paid weekly
- Full freedom to decline a shift
- Clear written procedures and prepared drafts, so you are never guessing
- A fast team with short lines — you talk directly to the team leader, not to three layers
- The people who perform well in this pool are the first we consider for a permanent full-time position

? How to Apply
Reply to this post and include:

- A video introduction — who you are, what you are good at, and why this fits you as well as answering the underneath questions
- Your answers to these six questions, in order:
1. What was the monthly revenue range of the largest store you supported — under €100k, €100k–€250k, €250k–€500k, or above €500k? How many tickets per day did you handle, and how big was the support team?
2. Which helpdesk and which store platform did you work in, and for how long?
3. A customer emails on day 9 of a 12-day delivery window: "Where is my order? This is ridiculous, I want my money back." Tracking shows the parcel left the sorting center in the destination country two days ago. Write the exact reply you would send in your response (you don’t have to include this question in your video introduction)
4. What is the last thing you check before you press send on any reply?
5. Which hours (Philippine time) are you realistically available at short notice?
6. Do you currently have other clients? How many hours per week are you already committed to?

You do not need to name the company you worked for — we care about scale and volume, not names.

❗ Apply only if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in fashion dropshipping support
- Worked for a store doing $100k+ per month
- Can work a minimum of 3 hours per call-out
- Are fluent in English
- Can reply to a shift request within a short time
- Are applying as an individual, not through an agency

This first round stays open for 24 hours only. After that we move forward with the people who responded within the deadline. So if this is you — don't wait.
