I am looking for a trend hunter who can also build.

You are the person who already lives in the feed. You see the format, the sound, the hook, the edit style that is starting to blow up before everyone else is copying it - and you know how to bend it onto a product so it sells. That instinct is rare and it is the whole job. The editing is expected. The trend radar and the angle are what I am paying for.

HOW IT WORKS - BOUNTIES
I post bounties. You hunt them.

I hand you a product and the ads that already won for it. Every niche has a target - a "winner" - defined by real numbers (conversions / cost per result / ROAS). That target is a bounty. You pick the angle, ride whatever trend or format fits, and build the ad yourself:
- Read the market and the trends, and d ---------- the angle
- Write the script and generate the voiceover (AI - ElevenLabs or similar)
- Generate or source the b-roll and AI UGC (Veo, Seedance, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, plus stock)
- Cut it in CapCut for TikTok / Reels / Shorts, native to the platform, scroll-stopping in the first 3 seconds
- Re-iterate our proven winners onto new trends, in volume, because winners come from testing many fast

I do not hand you concepts or shot lists. You find the shot. If you need to be told what to make, do not apply.

THE BOUNTY PAYS UP TO $500 PER WINNER
- $500/month base - the floor, deliberately low.
- Each bounty pays as you close in on it, up to $500 for a full winner, so you get paid on the way up, not only at some number ads rarely reach:
- 25% of the target -> $100
- 50% -> another $ ---------- %, a full winner -> another $250 ($500 total on that ad)
- You are told the exact target for a niche before you start. Conversions attribute to your ads by name, on the same dashboard I watch. You see your bounty fill up in real time.

Hunt three winners in a month and that is $1,500 on top of base. Nobody caps that but you.

WHAT I NEED IN YOUR APPLICATION
Short, real answers.
1. What is a trend, format, sound, or hook style winning on TikTok or Reels RIGHT NOW, and how would you bend it onto a product to sell it? This is the answer I read first.
2. Send a short-form ad (yours or a competitor's) and tell me why it works and what you would test next.
3. One ad you conceived and built yourself, start to finish - angle, script, voice, visuals. Numbers if you have them.
4. Which AI video models do you use, and how many finished ads can you ship per week once ramped?

1. Angle: name a current trend or format you will ride, then 3-4 sentences on the angle and why it beats what is already running.
2. Build: write the script, generate an AI voiceover, get your own b-roll / AI UGC, and cut ONE finished 9:16 ad, 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Tell me the time you started and finished.
