Remote Medical Appointment Setter – Canadian Medical Clinic
**Work From Home | Philippines | Full-Time**
We are: An Ottawa, Canada-based medical clinic looking for a reliable and motivated Medical Appointment Setter to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be communicating with patients and successfully booking them for medical procedures. You will work with multiple systems at the same time, including our **EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system and call platform**.
This is a **performance-driven position**, so please read the requirements and booking expectations carefully before applying.
## Compensation
**Starting Pay: $3.00 CAD/hour**
There are additional **weekly and monthly performance bonuses** based on qualified procedure bookings.
### Weekly Bonus
Complete **more than 30 qualified bookings per week** and earn an additional:
**$0.50 CAD per qualifying booking above 30**
For bonus purposes:
* Bookings must be for procedures.
* Bookings are counted per unique patient.
* Duplicate bookings do not count.
* Cancelled/rescheduled appointments do not count as additional bookings.
### Monthly Bonus
Complete **more than 200 qualified bookings in a month** and receive an additional:
**$20 CAD monthly bonus**
## Performance Expectations
You are expected to achieve a minimum of **5 bookings per day**.
If you complete **fewer than 25 bookings in one week**, you will enter a **one-week probation period**.
During the probation week, you must achieve **more than 30 bookings**.
Employees who accumulate **3 probation weeks within a 12-month period** will be subject to termination.
## REQUIRED Computer & Internet Setup
**Please do not apply unless you meet ALL of the following requirements:**
* Intel **Core i7 processor or higher**
* **16GB RAM minimum**
* **300 Mbps minimum UPLOAD speed**
* Stable and reliable internet connection
* Noise-cancelling headset
* Computer capable of smoothly running multiple systems simultaneously
**Important:** Your actual internet performance will be tested as part of the hiring process. A speed-test screenshot alone may not be sufficient. We require a genuinely stable connection because internet performance can vary significantly by provider and location in the Philippines.
## Who We're Looking For

* Speak and understand English confidently
* Are comfortable communicating with patients by phone
* Can multitask between calls, an EMR, and other software
* Are organized and accurate when entering patient information
* Are comfortable working toward daily and weekly performance targets
* Have reliable attendance and take your work schedule seriously
* Learn new systems quickly
* Can work independently from home with minimal supervision
Experience in **medical appointment setting, healthcare, call centers, customer service, or sales** is an advantage.
