JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire individuals who always put their best effort into any assignment they think is worth their time.

We're a fast-growing affiliate content operation running multiple social accounts on a dedicated Iphone across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. We produce daily UGC-style content and need a reliable person(s) that takes this as seriously as we do to repeatedly repurpose the content, WITH NO AI ASSISTANCE to multiple accounts on different social media platforms daily to help us get our content in front of as many eyes as possible.

We're looking for someone who can take our already published footage put in a designated Google Drive for you, make quick tiny edits in CapCut, and get content live across multiple accounts, fast and consistently, multiple times a day. As well as provide an end of day report to us each day. We are only looking for people who specialize or have at least 3 months of experience in this field already not anyone who is dabbling/or learning in this field.

What You'll Do:
Utilize a Dedicated IP
Download content from a shared Google Drive folder
Make light edits in CapCut: swap on-screen text, change background music, trim/rearrange clips if applicable, add a filter, write a fresh caption to essentially make it "new" (Tutorial Video will be provided)
Post finished content to the correct social media account(s) with niche-appropriate hashtags
Maintain a consistent posting cadence, per hour
Work across multiple accounts simultaneously, following account-specific guidelines
Flag and report any content or technical issues quickly so nothing falls behind schedule

Requirements/Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate CapCut skills (text overlays, audio swaps, trimming (if applicable), filters)
Basic understanding of Google Drive
Comfortable managing a repetitive, fast-paced workflow across multiple accounts
Reliable internet connection and availability for 40–49 hours/week
Strong attention to detail, our content needs to go out as specified every time
Self-motivated and able to work independently once trained
Dedicated Iphone (at least 11 or higher) specifically for this job (One will be provided by us if we d ---------- to work with you long term)
Unactivated SIM Card

Pay: $3-$4/hour at the moment subject to increase, based on experience
