The Laser Spinal Decompression Clinic is a growing healthcare clinic in Winnipeg, Canada. We are looking for a confident, motivated and highly dependable Remote Sales & Patient Booking Specialist to join our team full-time.
This is not primarily an administrative position. Your main responsibility will be connecting with prospective patients, understanding what they need and confidently guiding qualified leads toward booking the appropriate first appointment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding quickly to new leads
* Making consistent outbound calls and follow-up attempts
* Speaking with people experiencing chronic spine, joint or nerve pain
* Asking appropriate screening questions
* Explaining our services and the appropriate next step clearly
* Handling common questions and hesitations confidently
* Booking phone consultations and initial appointments
* Completing all promised callbacks and follow-up
* Maintaining accurate notes in our CRM and scheduling system
* Participating in ongoing call coaching and training
* Taking ownership of keeping the consultation schedule full
You may be a great fit if you:
* Have previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead conversion or call-centre sales
* Are internally motivated and enjoy achieving measurable results

* Work with urgency and respond quickly to opportunities
* Are resourceful when your first approach does not work

* Are comfortable asking directly for the booking
* Can handle objections without becoming discouraged
* Are warm, compassionate and confident on the phone
* Speak and write excellent English
* Are organized, accurate and dependable
* Are highly coachable and apply feedback quickly
* Genuinely care about helping people while understanding that your role is to produce bookings
This Role Is Probably Not for You If:
* You prefer administrative tasks over sales conversations
* You are uncomfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* You give up after one or two unanswered attempts
* You need frequent reminders to complete follow-up
* You avoid asking someone to book
* You become easily discouraged by rejection
* You are focused only on completing your hours rather than producing results
* You require a completely fixed daily schedule
Schedule
This is a full-time remote position serving a clinic in Winnipeg, Canada.
You must have flexibility to work in scheduled calling blocks between approximately 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Central Time, based on lead activity and when prospective patients are most likely to answer.
The schedule may include daytime, early-evening and limited weekend coverage. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview.
Technical Requirements
You must have:
* A reliable computer
* Stable, high-speed internet
* A quiet and professional calling environment
* A clear, reliable headset
* Backup internet and power options
* Reliable childcare (if applicable)
Experience with GoHighLevel, Jane App or similar systems is an asset, but training will be provided.
We are willing to pay competitively for the right person with strong sales ability, initiative and a proven commitment to results.
