JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing UK serviced accommodation business with three properties and the potential to add more. We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who can grow with the business and has a strong sales and revenue-generation focus.

The role will initially be around 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Research local companies that may need accommodation for employees, contractors or business travellers
- Carry out personalised email and telephone outreach
- Follow up leads and build relationships with corporate, contractor and relocation contacts
- Follow up booking enquiries that have not converted
- Prepare and follow up quotations within agreed pricing guidelines
- Identify opportunities to secure longer stays and fill quieter dates
- Contact previous guests and business bookers about repeat stays
- Encourage repeat direct bookings where appropriate
- Maintain clear records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and confirmed revenue
- Provide a weekly report on outreach, responses, qualified leads and bookings generated

Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous sales, lead-generation or business-development experience
- A warm, professional communication style and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with UK businesses by email and telephone
- Some overlap with UK business hours for outreach and calls
- Experience in serviced accommodation or hospitality is preferred

In addition to the hourly rate, there may be an opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus for genuinely new business generated, including new corporate bookings, repeat direct bookings or stay extensions secured through your efforts.

Hours may increase as the property portfolio and workload grow, but this is not currently a full-time role.
