JOB OVERVIEW

TeamOne Workforce Solutions is seeking a reliable Per Diem Recruiter to assist with recruiting only when active staffing orders are received.

This is not a guaranteed-hours position. The recruiter will be contacted as needed when clients request candidates, sometimes with short turnaround times.

Responsibilities include:

Source candidates for healthcare and warehouse/logistics positions
Review resumes and applications
Conduct initial phone screenings
Verify availability, experience, pay expectations, and job qualifications
Contact professional references when requested
Maintain candidate notes and recruiting status
Coordinate interviews and onboarding
Respond quickly when urgent staffing orders are received

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable making calls, and able to recruit quickly when an order comes in.

Requirements:

Recruiting or staffing experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable using Indeed and other recruiting platforms
Ability to work independently
Must be responsive when assignments are offered
Staffing agency experience is a plus
Healthcare and/or light-industrial recruiting experience is preferred

Schedule:
Per diem/on-call. Hours will vary based on client staffing orders. There are no guaranteed weekly hours.
