JOB OVERVIEW

Your responsibilities will gradually include:

Learning and using my Amazon Influencer management/research software
Amazon product and opportunity research
Tracking products, videos, commissions and performance
Organizing my Amazon shoppable-video workflow
Helping identify videos/products that need attention
Maintaining Google Sheets and other tracking systems
Organizing video files and product information
Uploading/downloading and managing content
Basic video editing as needed
Helping manage Creator Connections and brand opportunities
Reviewing analytics and preparing simple reports
Researching products for comparison videos
Creating and updating SOPs as you learn my processes
Watching training videos and turning training into clear written procedures
Providing daily progress reports
Eventually helping improve systems and workflows instead of simply waiting for instructions

IMPORTANT: The Person I'm Looking For

Reliability is extremely important to me.

I need someone who shows up when scheduled, communicates when there is a problem, meets deadlines, takes good notes, and doesn't need to be reminded repeatedly about assignments.

I am looking for someone who can eventually hear:

“Here's the goal.”

…and figure out how to help accomplish it.

I do NOT expect you to know everything. I DO expect you to ask good questions, research things you don't understand, learn from mistakes, and become increasingly independent.

Training Provided

I am currently implementing new Amazon Influencer software into my business.

You will receive extensive training material, including a 4-hour software training, and additional training as we build our systems.

One of your responsibilities during training will be to help document what you're learning and turn training into step-by-step SOPs.

This means strong listening, comprehension, note-taking and written communication skills are extremely important.
