JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Performance Marketing and Funnel Automation Specialist

Independent Contractor

Remote, Philippines

USD $10-15/hour plus performance bonuses!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring one independent contractor to create and own customer acquisition and the full funnel and automation systems for two separate U.S. businesses.

Law Offices of Eric A. Shore
----------

Shore Legacy Insurance
----------

You will spend approximately half of your time each week on each business.

The two companies have completely separate advertising accounts, tracking systems, CRMs, and customer data. They must remain completely separate at all times.

ABOUT THE TWO BUSINESSES

Law Offices of Eric A. Shore

A personal injury, disability, and employment law firm focused on generating qualified inbound calls and signed clients.

Shore Legacy Insurance

An insurance agency that currently runs high volume telesales for hospital indemnity products and is expanding into final expense, mortgage protection, and other life insurance products. The goal is to build our own inbound lead flow to support and scale this growth.

Both businesses already have sales capacity and are ready to handle increased volume of qualified leads and calls.

This is not a social media job. It is also not a pure media buying role.

We care about qualified inbound calls, qualified leads, signed clients, issued policies, and profitable customer acquisition.

Followers, impressions, and cheap form fills mean nothing if they do not turn into real business.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You will personally build and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels.

You will build high converting landing pages, multi step funnels, quiz funnels, and click to call systems.

You will build and manage lead capture, call tracking, attribution, and CRM automation. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus.

You will set up offline conversion tracking so Google and Meta can optimize toward actual business outcomes such as issued policies and signed clients, rather than just form submissions.

You will manage retargeting, testing, and continuous optimization based on real sales, client, and policy data.

The goal is to build a reliable and scalable customer acquisition engine for both businesses so we can rely less on third party lead vendors.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW

You must have hands on experience with performance marketing and paid customer acquisition for U.S. consumers.

You must know Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You must know how to build landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion focused customer journeys.

You must understand call tracking and full attribution.

You must know Google Tag Manager, GA4, Enhanced Conversions, and Meta Conversions API.

You must understand how to send CRM, sales, client, and policy data back into advertising platforms.

You must know how to measure performance based on cost per qualified call, cost per issued policy, cost per signed client, and overall profitability.

You must be able to work within advertising and compliance rules, including TCPA requirements, Meta special ad categories, insurance advertising restrictions, and lawyer advertising restrictions.

STRONG PLUSSES

Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, including funnels and automation.

Experience with server side tracking and value based bidding.

Experience with webhooks, Zapier, Make, or CRM APIs.

Experience with YouTube advertising, Google Local Services Ads, or connected TV advertising.

Experience generating leads for insurance, legal services, Medicare, mortgage, financial services, or another regulated industry.

Strong practical use of AI for creative testing, research, analysis, campaign development, and optimization.

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED

Your performance will be measured primarily by cost per qualified lead, cost per qualified inbound call, cost per issued policy, cost per signed legal client, return on advertising spend, and overall profitability.

Cheap leads that do not convert into customers or clients are not good leads.

COMPENSATION AND STRUCTURE

Compensation is USD 10-15/hour depending on demonstrated skill and results, plus performance bonuses tied to profitable customer acquisition.

This is an independent contractor position.

You will work remotely and must be available for at least four hours that overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.

HOW TO APPLY

Do not send a generic cover letter or simply send us your resume.

Begin your application with the exact words:

"Profit over clicks"

Then answer the following questions. Use real numbers whenever possible.

1. What is the largest monthly advertising budget you have personally managed? How much was spent on Google and how much was spent on Meta?

2. Give us one example where you materially reduced customer acquisition cost. What was the cost before and what was the cost after?

3. Have you generated inbound phone calls from paid advertising? What did a qualified call cost?

4. Have you sent CRM, sales, customer, client, or policy data back to Google or Meta for offline conversion optimization? Explain exactly how you did it.

5. What is your hands on experience with Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, or server side tracking?

6. Have you worked in an industry with TCPA requirements, Meta special ad categories, insurance advertising rules, lawyer advertising rules, or other advertising compliance restrictions? Explain briefly.

7. Tell us specifically how you use AI today to improve paid advertising. Which tools do you use and what do you use each one for?

8. Describe the most successful lead generation campaign or funnel you personally built. Walk us through the advertisement, landing page or funnel, tracking, lead handoff, and final business result.

9. Tell us about a campaign that failed. What happened, why did it fail, and what did you change afterward?

Please include screenshots showing advertising, funnel, or campaign results. Remove client names, company names, and any confidential information.

Applications with real numbers and specific examples will receive priority.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a real customer acquisition engine for both businesses, not someone who simply wants to manage advertising accounts.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ---------- OR FACEBOOK AUDIO NUMBER IF YOU HAVE ONE.
