JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Software QA & Automation Engineer to test and validate new features on our AI-based web platform.

This is a long-term, full-time role combining manual QA with Playwright-based UI test automation. You will help build automated tests that repeat important user flows across new releases and identify when previously working functionality breaks.

Responsibilities
- Test new features, updates, and product improvements before release
- Perform manual testing across our web-based platform
- Turn repeatable QA scenarios and user flows into Playwright test cases
- Create automated tests that simulate user actions such as navigating pages, clicking buttons, completing forms, and validating expected results
- Run and maintain regression tests across new releases
- Investigate failed automated tests to determine whether a release introduced a bug or the test needs updating
- Identify bugs, regressions, errors, and usability issues
- Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce
- Verify fixes after updates
- Help improve overall QA coverage and testing processes

Requirements
- Previous experience in software or web QA
- Experience with Playwright or similar browser automation/testing frameworks
- Ability to write and maintain automated UI tests
- Understanding of regression testing and reusable test cases
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English for reporting issues
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and computer

Preferred
- Previous experience specifically with Playwright
- Experience testing AI-powered applications
- Experience working with AI Agents
- Familiarity with MCPs (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience maintaining larger automated QA test suites

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Some overlap with the core team working hours is required
- Final working hours can be discussed based on the applicant's availability

Compensation
- Starts at $750. TBD — based on applicant's experience, and skills
- Long-term, stable position
