Corporate Event Operations & Data Coordinator
Full-Time Remote Position
Location: Remote — Philippines
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5pm toronto time

About the Role
Snaptique Photo Booths is hiring a highly organized and detail-focused Corporate Event Operations & Data Coordinator.
You will help prepare booked corporate events and brand activations by reviewing client communications, entering event requirements into our systems and ensuring every record is complete, current and accurate.
Corporate events often involve agencies, venues, production partners, multiple contacts and strict deadlines. This is a data-entry-heavy operations role that requires careful reading and sound judgment—not simply copying and pasting information.
Your Responsibilities
- Review contracts, booking information,
- Enter corporate event details accurately into our event-management system
- Maintain complete and current records for assigned events
- Record venue details, contacts, timelines and access instructions
- Record booth, backdrop, branding, print and activation requirements
- Track outstanding artwork, information and approvals
- Update event records when clients, agencies or venues provide changes
- Ensure outdated instructions are clearly replaced
- Track conversations involving multiple stakeholders
- Prepare draft client and staff itineraries
- Compare itineraries against the event record and client communications
- Ensure arrival, loading, setup-complete and activation times remain separate
- Record parking, security, credentials, power and internet requirements
- Identify missing, inconsistent or unclear information
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Operations & Client Coordinator
- Prepare complete event files for final operational review
- Maintain records that another team member can understand without searching through
Client Communication

Complex production questions, scope changes, pricing discussions and sensitive concerns must be escalated to the Senior Operations & Client Coordinator.
Clear Ownership
You own the accuracy and completeness of the corporate event records assigned to you.
Before submitting an event for final review, you must confirm that:
- Required information has been entered
- Branding and operational approvals are recorded
- Venue access and timing details are clear
- Client and staff itineraries have been prepared
- Missing or conflicting information has been resolved or escalated

The Evening Operations & Client Care Coordinator owns staff scheduling, final itinerary checks and distribution of approved itineraries. If an issue is identified during final review, you own correcting the underlying event information and resubmitting it.
