JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based junk removal company and we're hiring one person whose entire job is the phone. Not admin work. Not social media. Not email. The phone.

You will answer every call that comes in, and when the phone isn't ringing, you're dialing out. That's the job, all day, every day.

What you'll actually do

Inbound (answering calls):

Answer incoming calls fast and friendly, every call is a potential job
Ask the right questions (what items, how much, where, how soon)
Give quotes using our pricing guide
Book the job on the calendar and confirm the details
Log everything in our CRM

Outbound (making calls):

Follow up with leads who called but didn't book
Call back old customers and past quotes
Confirm tomorrow's appointments
Follow up on estimates that are still open
Call property managers, realtors, and apartment complexes to drum up work
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (Middle Tennessee, USA)
You must be able to work this graveyard shift consistently. Do not apply if you can't.
Weekends off
What we require
Clear, confident, neutral American-sounding English, customers must understand you easily
Real phone experience (BPO, call center, appointment setting, or cold calling)
You are comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls a day and don't get discouraged by rejection
Stable internet: minimum 15 Mbps, hardwired preferred
Backup internet AND backup power (generator, UPS, or a secondary location), we cannot have the phone go dead
Noise-free work area with a good headset
You show up on time, every day, without being reminded
Nice to have (not required)
Experience with home services (junk removal, moving, cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, roofing)
Familiarity with CRMs, Google Voice, House Call prol, or similar dialers
Sales instinct, you can turn a price-shopper into a booked job
Pay
$350 – $520 USD/month depending on experience
Performance bonuses for booked jobs once you're up to speed
Raises based on results, reviewed at 90 days
Paid training during your first week
