JOB OVERVIEW

Amelia Sieraden is a growing European e-commerce jewellery brand. We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our email marketing and deliver measurable results.

This is not a beginner or VA position. We already have strong e-commerce and marketing knowledge and are looking for someone who can bring expertise, ideas and execution to the table.

Your responsibilities:

Build and optimize Klaviyo flows
Plan and create weekly email campaigns
Develop campaign calendars
Segmentation & personalization
A/B testing
Improve CTR, conversion and email revenue
Monitor deliverability and list health
Analyze performance and proactively suggest improvements
Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
Work closely with our Shopify store and promotions

Requirements:

3+ years of email marketing experience
Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience
Experience with Shopify / DTC e-commerce
Excellent written English
Strong commercial and copywriting skills
Data-driven and focused on revenue
Able to show previous Klaviyo results
Proactive, independent and reliable

We don't need someone who simply sends emails. We want someone who understands why campaigns perform, what needs to improve and how email can generate more revenue.

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Salary: $400–$800 USD per month, depending on experience and proven results.

This is a long-term position. Freelance work on the side is fine, but please do not apply if you already have another full-time job or cannot consistently dedicate the required time and attention to this role.
