DM SETTER / SALES SETTER – BEAUTY EDUCATION

Remote | 20–30 Hours Per Week Initially | Potential to Increase to 40 Hours | Long-Term Role

Demi’s Nails & Beauty is looking for a confident, warm and sales-focused DM Setter / Sales Setter to help us start more conversations, follow up with leads and generate more course bookings.

This role is focused on the front end of the sales process.

You will be responsible for starting conversations, qualifying leads, following up and identifying people who are genuinely interested in our courses and programmes.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can communicate naturally, build rapport and help potential students feel comfortable.

Responsibilities
Send approved outreach messages to suitable followers and leads
Start natural conversations
Follow up with previous enquiries
Reactivate older warm leads
Reply to basic course enquiries
Ask qualifying questions
Understand what the person is looking for
Identify the most suitable next step
Identify hot and warm leads
Move qualified leads forward
Hand stronger leads over to the appropriate team member where required
Update the lead tracker accurately
Set future follow-up dates
Make sure no warm lead is forgotten
Report on lead activity and opportunities

We do not want aggressive or overly sales-focused messaging.

We want the conversations to feel warm and genuine.

For example:

“Hey Sarah x, just wanted to say thank you so much for following and supporting the page. If you’re ever unsure about where to start with beauty training or have any questions, you’re always welcome to message us x”

From there, you should be able to naturally continue the conversation.

You will work alongside our existing sales and admin support.

Hours & Long-Term Opportunity:

This role will begin at approximately 20–30 hours per week.

There is potential to increase to up to 40 hours per week depending on performance, lead volume, sales activity and how much responsibility you are able to take on.

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term role and is interested in developing further within the sales side of the business.
