About the Role
X Gens Growth is a growth partner for PropTech and real estate businesses across Australia!

This is a sales development role, not an admin role. Your job is to keep leads moving toward conversion, primarily through email, but also SMS and calendar coordination, working from our email guide for prospects who've already been contacted by phone. Every message you send should move a lead forward, whether that's booking a meeting, working through an objection, or re-engaging someone who's gone quiet.

You are responsible for reading where a lead sits and d ---------- the right move, not just replying politely. Email, SMS, and calendar management are the tools. Driving leads to conversion.

We are not filling a seat. We are adding someone who wants to be part of building something that is already working and growing with it.

This application is your first performance indicator. Answer honestly. We are not looking for polished answers. We are looking for how you actually think, what you have actually done, and whether you are built for this.

What You Will Own
- Assessing each lead's stage and d ---------- the right response
- Writing, reviewing, and fixing emails and SMS using our email guide, whether starting from scratch or correcting an AI-drafted response, before anything goes out
- Booking meetings and managing calendar coordination once a lead is ready to move forward
- Flagging blockers or objections that need direct attention from the sales lead
- Following up with leads before they go quiet
- Maintaining a standard of communication that makes leads feel genuinely attended to
- General inbox and admin support as needed

Requirements
- Strong judgment: able to assess a situation and d ---------- the right response, not just write politely
- Excellent written English, no translation-software phrasing
- Comfortable following an email guide while adjusting tone and content to fit the situation
- Experience with email and calendar tools (Outlook and/or Gmail); SMS tool experience a bonus
- Experience working in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Fast typer, high attention to detail
- Australian hours are 8am to 4pm AEST.
- Own laptop (dual screen preferred) and stable internet, minimum 25mbps

Compensation
Starting AUD 5.5/hour, with potential rate increases to AUD 10/hour and performance bonuses as you prove yourself. Paid bi-weekly via Wise. 14-day paid trial period before ongoing engagement is confirmed.
