This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce environment, managing a high volume of creative assets and turning around content quickly without sacrificing brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Content
- Edit reels and short-form video from campaign launch footage.
- Create product-focused edits highlighting hero products and key campaign moments.
- Adapt campaign assets into multiple social-first formats.
Face-to-Camera Content
- Edit in-house face-to-camera footage into polished, publish-ready content.
- Add captions, titles, motion graphics, music and supporting visual elements where required.
Influencer & Creator Content
- Edit influencer and creator footage for both organic and paid social.
- Split multi-look or multi-product videos into individual pieces of content.
- Repackage creator assets into different formats and variations.
Stop Motion & Motion Content
- Create stop-motion content for social media, product hype and brand-building content.
- Add motion graphics, typography, transitions and product callouts in line with the brand identity.
Reactive & Fast-Turnaround Content
- Quickly turn raw footage, lookbook assets and behind-the-scenes content into Stories, Reels and social posts.
- Prioritise speed and relevance when producing lower-lift, in-the-moment content.
Paid Social Creative
- Create multiple hooks, opening sequences and variations of the same footage for A/B testing.
- Resize and repurpose strong-performing organic content for paid placements.
- Produce creative variations suitable for different paid social formats.
Events & Activations
- Support same-day or near real-time editing for events, launches, store openings and activations.
- Turn event footage into quick social content while activity is still relevant.
- UGC, Customer & Employee Content
- Source, edit and repackage customer, creator and employee-generated content.
- Turn reviews, recommendations and testimonials into engaging social assets.
Cross-Channel Repurposing
- Adapt core footage across social media, paid advertising, EDM/email banners and GIFs, website product and campaign - content, and longer-format digital channels.
Templates & Batching
- Build reusable editing templates, presets and cut-down formats.
- Create repeatable intros, product callouts, transitions and motion treatments.
- Help improve the team's ability to produce a higher volume of content efficiently.
Asset Management
- Organise, label, log and archive raw footage and finished assets.
- Maintain content from studio days, campaign shoots, influencer sends and other creative productions.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong hands-on experience with video editing and social-first content production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma and Canva.
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects, particularly for motion graphics, typography and titles.
- Experience creating content across 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats.
- Ability to work within an established visual identity and existing brand templates.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video and motion work.
- Ideally, previous experience within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, ecommerce or DTC retail.
- Strong understanding of short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and paid social.
- Ability to manage a high volume of creative work with fast turnaround times.
- Strong file organisation and digital asset management skills.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and respond quickly to feedback and revisions.
- Good understanding of sound design and appropriate royalty-free/licensed music use.
- Basic photography or videography skills for supplementary content captured in-office, on set or in-store.
