We run a supplement brand doing 8 figures a year on paid social. Every dollar of revenue traces back to an ad concept someone wrote. That someone is the Creative Strategist. We need one.
You don't edit. You don't design. You don't buy media. You write. Hooks, scripts, leads, briefs. That's your job. A team of video editors and a designer takes what you write and builds it. Media buyers launch it. You take the data back and write the next round.
You'll work directly with the founder. No layers. No committees. You write a concept, it goes into production, it's live within days. If it wins, you get paid for it. If it doesn't, you study why and write a better one.
What we care about:
You think in direct response. Awareness levels, hooks vs angles, mechanism, proof, offer. If those words don't mean anything to you, stop here.
You study ads on your own time. Not because someone told you to. Because you're genuinely curious about why things work.
You can spot patterns. You look at 100 ads and you see the 3 structural things they have in common. Then you write something original from that insight.
You produce at volume without quality dropping. One great concept a month doesn't help us. We need consistent output week after week.
You're self-directed. You don't need to be managed. You take a goal and you figure out how to hit it.
What you get:
You run your own pod of editors and designers. You have full creative ownership. You tell us what you want to get paid and we pay it. On top of that, uncapped bonuses on every winning ad you write. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
We're open to junior and senior. If you're junior but obsessed with ads and willing to outwork everyone, you'll learn more here in 6 months than most people learn in 3 years. If you're senior, the infrastructure is already built and waiting for you.
Stable long-term remote work. Paid trial to start.
