Supreme Wraps Orlando is a premium automotive customization and protection company specializing in paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vehicle wraps, commercial wraps and other automotive services.
We regularly work with Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, Porsche, Tesla and other premium vehicles.
We're looking for a long-term short-form video editor who can take raw iPhone footage from our shop and transform it into polished, high-retention Instagram Reels and Stories.
This is not simply a cutting-and-trimming position.
We want someone who understands social-media storytelling and viewer retention and can look at raw footage, identify the story, create a strong opening hook, select the best clips and turn them into content people actually want to watch.
What you'll be responsible for
- Editing 15–45 second Instagram Reels
- Creating Instagram Stories from existing footage
- Finding the strongest 1–3 second opening shot
- Developing text/video hooks when appropriate
- Creating alternate hooks for Trial Reels
- Selecting the strongest clips from raw footage
- Color correcting and grading automotive footage
- Working with Apple Log footage when supplied
- Creating clean animated captions and typography
- Music selection
- Automotive sound design
- Speed ramps and transitions when appropriate
- Creating before/after transformations
- Creating educational and talking-head content
- Exporting everything ready to upload to Instagram
- Maintaining a consistent Supreme Wraps visual identity
Our goal is premium—not over-edited.
Ferraris and McLarens should look cinematic and sophisticated. We do not want every video filled with unnecessary transitions, effects or giant animated captions.
You'll receive footage involving:
Ferrari • McLaren • Lamborghini • Porsche • Tesla • BMW • Mercedes-Benz • Corvette • luxury/exotic vehicles • PPF installations • window tint • color-change wraps • commercial vehicle wraps • customer testimonials • before/after transformations • behind-the-scenes footage
You'll also receive footage of the owner speaking directly to camera.
Your job is to turn those assets into compelling social content.
Software
Experience with one or more of the following is required: Adobe Premiere Pro • DaVinci Resolve • After Effects • CapCut
Experience properly grading Apple Log footage is strongly preferred.
What we're looking for:
You should understand that a successful Reel isn't simply a beautiful video.
It needs to make someone stop scrolling.
You should understand concepts such as:
Hooks → curiosity → retention → payoff → CTA
For example, instead of starting a video with:
“Today we're installing PPF on this Ferrari…”
You should recognize that something such as:
“You probably haven't seen one of these in person yet.” could be a substantially stronger opening.
We're looking for someone who thinks this way.
Compensation
Starting target: $6–$8 USD/hour
Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially, with the potential to increase hours and compensation if the relationship works well.
We're looking for a long-term team member, not someone to complete a few videos and disappear.
Application instructions
Please do NOT send a generic application.
Start your application with the words:
“PERFECTION HAS A FINAL STEP...SUPREME WRAPS”
Then answer the following:
1. Send links to your 3 best short-form videos.
2. Send your best automotive video, if you have one.
3. What do you think makes someone stop scrolling during the first 3 seconds of a Reel?
4. What software do you primarily edit in?
5. Can you properly color-grade Apple Log footage?
6. Do you use DaVinci Resolve?
7. How would you approach editing a Ferrari differently from an ordinary vehicle?
8. How many 20–40 second Reels could you realistically produce each week?
9. What is your hourly rate?
10. Are you willing to complete a paid editing test using our raw footage?
Applications that don't begin with “PERFECTION HAS A FINAL STEP...SUPREME WRAPS” will not be considered.
