Junior Admin Assistant to CEO
Mortgage Consulting Group | Residential & Commercial Lending

We’re hiring an organized, dependable assistant for a long-term junior administrative role supporting the CEO. Training and growth opportunities available.

Hours: Approximately 20 per week, growing to 30+ based on performance and business needs.
Schedule: 2 weeks from 1-5pm Mountain Time USA Denver Colorado
After 2 weeks moves to 2-6pm Mountain time USA Denver Colorado
Pay: $3.5-4.5, with performance-based increases over proven performance and time.

You will help with:

Organizing emails, scheduling, and daily tasks
Updating CRM records and organizing loan files
Collecting requested documents and following up with clients
Tracking loan deadlines and assisting with closing coordination
Creating Canva graphics, flyers, and newsletters
Strict compliance is required as sensitive information will be handled.

We’re looking for someone with:

Excellent written and spoken English top level required with 100% fully completed and green with 0 red flags on online jobs.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
A reliable computer, internet, and private workspace
Backup internet and a workable power-outage plan
A professional attitude, respect for confidentiality, and willingness to learn

Admin, Canva, CRM, or mortgage experience is helpful but not required.
