About ShipSmart

ShipSmart is the Caribbean's first end-to-end logistics platform — warehouse, freight, customs clearance, and last mile delivery across eight territories, managed through a single app. We are a fast-moving startup based in Miami with operations across the Caribbean and a growing brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

We are looking for one sharp, self-directed creative professional to own our content production and social media execution full time.

What You Will Do

Design social media graphics, carousels, and static ads in Figma following brand guidelines
Edit short form video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok — fifteen to ninety seconds
Build and update email marketing templates in ----------
Schedule and publish content across Facebook and Instagram
Use AI tools to support asset generation and creative ideation
Receive creative briefs and execute them independently with minimal revisions
Manage a monthly content calendar of twenty videos and ten static graphics

What We Need From You

Strong Figma skills — you can take a brief and produce a finished asset without handholding
Video editing proficiency — Veed, Edits or the Equivalent
Email template design experience — HTML email basics a plus
Social media scheduling experience — Buffer, Later, or equivalent
Familiarity with AI creative tools — Midjourney, ChatGPT, or equivalent
Excellent written English — you will receive briefs in English and communicate with the team in English daily
Reliable internet connection and availability for at least four hours of overlap with US Eastern Time daily
A portfolio that shows real brand work — social media assets, video edits, email designs

You have worked with a brand before — not just personal projects. You know what it means to execute someone else's creative vision at a high standard and you take pride in doing it well.
