JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our Amazon Seller Central account health, tracking inventory, and communicating with our manufacturing suppliers in China to ensure smooth production and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Seller Central Management: Monitor daily account health, manage customer service messages, create shipping plans, monitor buy box status, and open/follow up on Seller Support cases.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with Chinese suppliers via WeChat/Email regarding product orders, production timelines, quality control specs, and shipping schedules.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain stock tracking spreadsheets to prevent stockouts and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) or freight forwarder handoffs.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide concise weekly updates on inventory status, pending supplier orders, and any account alerts.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA experience preferred).
- Supplier Experience: Proven experience coordinating with suppliers in China (knowledge of trade terms, freight forwarders, or basic Mandarin is a major plus, but not needed, and English fluency is required).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with prompt response times during agreed working hours.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, WeChat, and Amazon Seller Support ticketing.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, proactive problem solver, and highly reliable.
