# FULL-TIME INBOUND SALES + ADMIN VA

## Canadian Home Service Company

We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to handle **INBOUND SALES, lead follow-up, booking, and basic administration** for a growing home service company in Alberta, Canada.

### THIS IS PRIMARILY A PHONE SALES POSITION.

You will be speaking with Canadian homeowners every day.

**Excellent SPOKEN English is absolutely required.**

Being able to write English well is not enough.

You need to sound natural, confident, conversational, and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.

If you are uncomfortable selling over the phone, this is not the right position.

# WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We generate inbound leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

These are people who have already filled out a form asking about our services.

**This is NOT primarily cold calling.**

When a new lead comes in, you will:

1. Call them quickly
2. Understand what service they are interested in
3. Explain our service clearly
4. Look at their property online
5. Provide a quote using our pricing system
6. Ask for the booking
7. Schedule the job
8. Follow up if they don't book immediately
9. Keep the CRM and lead information organized

Our main services are:

* Window Cleaning
* House Washing / Soft Washing

We will provide training, sales scripts, service information, pricing guidelines, and follow-up procedures.

You do not need to already understand window cleaning or soft washing.

**You DO need to be capable of learning the information and explaining it confidently to customers.**

# SPOKEN ENGLISH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

Please understand this before applying.

You will spend a large portion of your day **talking to Canadian homeowners on the phone.**

We are looking for someone who:

* Speaks fluent English
* Is very easy for North American customers to understand
* Sounds natural rather than scripted
* Can hold a normal conversation
* Sounds confident and energetic
* Can take control of a sales conversation
* Can explain services clearly
* Is comfortable asking customers to book
* Can handle basic objections without freezing
* Is friendly without sounding like a call-centre robot

Sales experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with inbound sales, appointment setting, customer service, home services, or phone-based sales is a major advantage.

# WORK SCHEDULE

This is a **FULL-TIME POSITION.**

**Monday through Saturday**

**8 hours per day**

You must be able to consistently work during our required Alberta, Canada hours.

This position requires a serious commitment to the schedule.

# SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibility is converting inbound leads into booked jobs.

You will:

* Respond to new leads quickly
* Call inbound Facebook/Instagram leads
* Text customers
* Follow our sales process
* Explain window cleaning and house washing
* Provide quotes using our pricing system
* Look up customer properties using Google Maps
* Ask for the sale
* Book jobs
* Follow up with leads who don't answer
* Follow up with customers who were quoted but did not book
* Reactivate older leads when instructed
* Keep detailed notes on conversations

You will be measured on performance.

Important numbers include:

* New leads
* Conversations
* Follow-up attempts
* Quotes given
* Jobs booked
* Revenue booked
* Close rate
* Average ticket

# ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES

When you are not actively handling leads, you will also help with basic administration.

This may include:

* Updating Housecall Pro
* Scheduling and rescheduling customers
* Updating customer information
* Keeping lead records organized
* Sending estimates
* Sending invoices
* Appointment confirmations
* Customer texts
* Basic email communication
* Following up on unpaid invoices
* Review requests
* Keeping notes organized
* Helping make sure customers and leads do not fall through the cracks

Sales always comes first when a new lead comes in.
