What You Can Expect:
Working schedule: This is a completely remote, full-time position requiring 8 working hours per day. We are ideally looking for someone available to work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday), though a 5-day workweek (Monday–Friday) can also be accommodated.
Our team primarily operates in the CET time zone. However, we offer flexibility regarding your working hours, which can be agreed upon with management based on your availability and the team's needs.
Please note that the 8-hour workday should be completed in one continuous working period, with regular breaks as needed. Working hours can’t be split into separate periods throughout the day.
Contract: As this is a freelance position, you’ll work under a freelance contract. Please note that, unlike a standard employment contract, this arrangement doesn’t include employee benefits or employer-provided contributions such as taxes, social security, or insurance.
Time Off: Time away from work can be arranged in advance with management, subject to the team's workload and operational requirements. Approved time off is unpaid.
Compensation: The starting hourly rate is $3, with estimated monthly earnings of $520–$620, depending on the agreed-upon work schedule.
Please note that, as this is a freelance position, compensation is calculated and paid on an hourly basis rather than as a fixed monthly salary. Payments are monthly.
We also regularly review our team members’ rates based on their performance, reliability, and overall contribution to the team, with opportunities for rate increases and growth over time.
What’s Next?
Selected candidates will begin with a one-month trial period.
During this period, you will receive detailed guidance on our systems, procedures, and expectations. As you become familiar with the work, you will gradually take greater responsibility for your assigned tasks.
Recruitment Process
The selection process includes:
A short initial questionnaire
Two short practical assessments
Interview
The assessments are designed to evaluate skills relevant to the position and are used solely for recruitment purposes. They aren’t part of our regular business operations and are therefore unpaid. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview.
Only candidates who meet the initial requirements will be contacted regarding the first recruitment stage.
