JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Expert with strong BoldTrail experience to rebuild and maintain the CRM for a real estate business focused on buyers. This is a back-end, data-focused role centered on cleaning up the contact database, organizing incoming leads, and running email and drip campaigns that keep buyers and past clients engaged. No phone or calling work is involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild and restructure the BoldTrail CRM into a clean, organized system
- Clean and de-duplicate existing contact records for accuracy
- Import, organize, and tag leads from Zillow and other lead platforms
- Transcribe handwritten notes from screenshots and enter them into the CRM
- Segment the database by lead temperature and status (actively searching, paused, purchased, closed)
- Build and manage drip and email campaigns to nurture buyers and past clients
- Maintain ongoing data hygiene as new contacts are added

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience with BoldTrail (or kvCORE) or a similar real estate CRM
- Strong CRM data hygiene skills - cleanup, de-duplication, and segmentation
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Experience building and managing drip and email campaigns
- Solid written English and clear communication
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:
- Real estate industry experience or experience supporting agents
- Familiarity with Zillow, ---------- , or similar lead sources
- Understanding of lead nurturing and client engagement strategies
- Ability to suggest improvements to CRM structure and workflows
