JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are hiring a ZOHO Specialist (Executive Assistant) to support a building advocacy business that is expanding internationally. The primary responsibility is implementing and managing the Zoho CRM platform, including workflow creation, automation setup, and system customization. You will also provide executive assistant support to the business owner, handling calendar coordination, email management, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure workflows, automations, and custom modules within Zoho CRM
- Implement and maintain the Zoho ecosystem to support business operations
- Manage the business owner's calendar, inbox, and scheduling
- Keep client databases accurate and up to date within the CRM
- Coordinate communications and information flow across team members
- Track leads and manage client follow-ups through the CRM pipeline
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
- Help develop standard operating procedures within the Zoho platform
- Handle client calls on occasion if needed

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, including workflow building, blueprints, and automations
- Ability to configure and customize Zoho modules and integrations
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing calendars and email
- Solid database management and CRM data maintenance abilities
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work across different time zones

Preferred Skills:
- Experience providing virtual executive assistant support
- Familiarity with multiple Zoho apps such as Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Books
- Background in construction, property, or real estate industries
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound client calls
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Experience setting up Zoho systems for new teams or business units
