JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We run a commercial truck, trailer, fleet, and RV repair shop in South Florida. We spend real money on ads and need someone to own our paid marketing, not just adjust bids and report clicks. You own the full funnel: ad spend, calls and form leads, estimates, jobs, and revenue. Your goal is more paying customers, not more traffic.

What you'll do

Run our Google Ads: Search and Performance Max, keywords and negatives, geo-targeting, ad copy and offers, conversion and call tracking, GA4 and GTM.
Run Meta and Instagram ads and retargeting early on, alongside Google.
Build and improve landing pages, and test to lift conversions.
Report on qualified leads and cost per lead, not impressions.

As you settle in, this grows to more landing pages, AI-assisted creative, funnels, and CRM work. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with AI tools and landing-page builders.

What we care about

We don't chase impressions, clicks, or pretty reports. We care about qualified phone calls, service requests, cost per qualified lead, estimates, jobs sold, and revenue. Our best customers are local businesses and fleets running trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Apply if you

Have strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience with real monthly spend.
Know Search and Performance Max well.
Can figure out why a campaign is underperforming and fix it.
Understand conversion tracking and attribution.
Work independently and write clear English.
Have worked with local service or phone-driven businesses (a big plus).

This role isn't for you if

You need daily direction.
You measure success by clicks or traffic.
You've only run small campaigns.
You just follow Google's recommendations without question.

How to apply

Start your message with "Qualified Leads Matter." We skip any application that doesn't.

Then answer these quick questions:

1. What is your desired salary, and do you prefer hourly or a fixed monthly rate?
2. How many hours a week can you commit, and do you currently work with other clients?
3. Briefly, what is your Google Ads and Meta experience, and roughly how much monthly ad spend have you managed?
4. Share one result you are proud of, with rough before-and-after numbers (for example, cost per lead or leads per month).
5. A link to a portfolio/case study and resume.

We will follow up with strong applicants on the next steps.
