JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a part-time or per-project Scheduling / Project Controls Coordinator with strong experience in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

This person will work with our existing construction and operations team to take project inputs, create and update schedules, manage schedule logic, track progress, and provide clear actionable updates for management and field teams. Must understand Critical Path Method scheduling, dependencies, sequencing, milestones, delays, look-ahead schedules, and how to identify issues before they impact the project.

Responsibilities include building baseline schedules, updating schedules based on field progress, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, preparing schedule reports, flagging critical path risks, and helping the team stay organized across Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Ideal candidate has hands-on experience with construction schedules, can communicate clearly, and can turn schedule data into simple action items for the team to execute.
