JOB OVERVIEW

NexLevel AI Solutions is hiring a highly trustworthy, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help organize and advance a private portfolio of original consumer-product inventions.

The primary project is an original infant-product concept moving toward prototype development, intellectual-property protection, manufacturing research, and potential licensing. Additional inventions may be added later.

This position involves confidential and potentially valuable intellectual property. The selected applicant must sign a confidentiality agreement, independent-contractor agreement, and intellectual-property/work-product assignment before receiving any nonpublic invention information.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a secure master tracker for every invention
- Organize inventor notes, drawings, specifications, research, photos, and revisions
- Create dated version histories and development logs
- Conduct preliminary competitor and prior-art research without giving legal conclusions
- Research prototype developers, industrial designers, testing labs, and manufacturers
- Request and organize quotes only after written approval
- Maintain product requirements, vendor comparisons, prototype tasks, costs, and deadlines
- Prepare information for patent counsel and product-development professionals
- Research appropriate safety standards and qualified testing resources
- Build lists of potential licensees, manufacturers, and strategic partners
- Help prepare confidential pitch materials and product summaries
- Never disclose, publish, upload, advertise, or discuss an invention without written permission
- Never upload invention files to unauthorized AI systems or use the work in a portfolio
- Never contact manufacturers or licensees without written approval

REQUIRED
- Excellent written English and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven discretion with confidential information
- Product research, sourcing, manufacturing research, or project-coordination experience
- Strong Google Drive and Google Sheets skills
- Ability to document sources and distinguish facts from assumptions
- Experience with consumer products, prototypes, technical packages, patents, or licensing preferred
- Willingness to sign legally binding confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements

PAY & HOURS
- Initial paid test using a fictional product only
- Starting schedule: 5-10 hours/week
- Starting rate: $6-$8/hour depending on demonstrated experience
- More hours may become available as projects advance
