JOB OVERVIEW

NexLevel AI Solutions is hiring a dependable, resourceful virtual assistant to help generate qualified leads, research small businesses, personalize outreach, and keep our sales pipeline moving.

We build customized AI-powered business systems and software for small businesses. The first campaign will focus on independent bail-bond companies in Georgia, Florida, and nearby markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research qualified small-business prospects and the correct owner or decision-maker
- Build accurate lead lists in Google Sheets
- Identify operational problems NexLevel may be able to solve
- Draft personalized emails, Facebook messages, and follow-ups
- Maintain a simple CRM with every contact and next action
- Help schedule product demonstrations
- Create short business audits using supplied instructions
- Assist with Canva materials, proposals, SOPs, and administrative work
- Submit an end-of-day report with measurable results

REQUIRED
- Excellent written English
- Strong business/contact research and Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and Canva
- Ability to personalize outreach instead of sending spam
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow exact instructions
- Lead generation, appointment setting, CRM, or small-business sales experience preferred

PAY & HOURS
- Initial three-hour paid test at $5/hour
- Starting schedule: 20 hours/week
- Starting rate: $5/hour
- Performance bonuses may be available for qualified appointments and collected customer deposits
- Long-term opportunity with increased hours based on results
