Systems & Funnel VA- Covenant Physical Therapy
GoHighLevel Systems and Editing
We’re Covenant Physical Therapy, a growing PT practice in Houston helping active adults get back to the golf course, the gym, and keeping up with their grandkids without pain holding them back.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented VA who’s comfortable inside GoHighLevel and wants to own our systems, funnels, and tracking long-term as we scale — someone who sees a clunky process and immediately wants to fix it, not just flag it. This isn’t a short-term project — we want someone who grows into the role as our marketing and systems get more sophisticated.
Growth Path
This role is built to grow with the practice, not stay static. As our funnels and marketing expand, expect increasing ownership over:
- Building out new landing pages and campaign funnels from scratch (not just maintaining existing ones)
- Owning our tracking/reporting
systems end-to-end
- Eventually training or handing off routine automation maintenance so you can focus on new builds and strategy
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow into this, not someone treating it as a stepping stone to something else.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows/automations (DM
funnels, follow-up sequences, appointment reminders)
Build new landing pages and campaign funnels from scratch as we
launch new offers
Set up and troubleshoot Instagram/Facebook ---------- ---------- and Conversation AI configurations
Maintain and improve our KPI/tracking spreadsheets and dashboards (lead volume, booking rates, campaign performance)
Edit and format marketing content (social captions, email/text copy, basic Canva graphics) to match our brand voice
Light scheduling support — managing calendar links, confirming appointments, coordinating with the front-desk team when needed Document our systems and workflows as SOPs so nothing lives
only in one person’s head Flag broken links, failed automations, or drop-off points in our
funnels proactively
Required Skills
Must Have: - Hands-on experience building workflows/automations
inside GoHighLevel (not just using it as a CRM) - Comfortable with
spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking and reporting -
Excellent written English - Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and
own computer with webcam
Nice to Have: - Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
platform and DM automation - Basic Canva or graphic editing skills -
Healthcare, wellness, or local-service-business experience -
Familiarity with Notion
Working Hours & Schedule
Part-time to start: 15–20 hours/week, flexible schedule with at least
4 hours overlap with Central Time (Houston) for check-ins.
Compensation
$6–9/hour depending on experience and GHL skill level.
