JOB OVERVIEW

We run a virtual tours / 3D capture business (Matterport scans for real estate, serving most of New England). Jobs come in most days, and every model needs a careful quality check and cleanup before it goes out to the client. That's this role.

What you'd be doing:
- Every night, quality-check every Matterport model against our checklist: naming, start position, floor labels, misalignment, trimming, blurring private info, Mattertags, reel/floor plan, marketplace submission.
- Fix what you can in Matterport Workshop; flag anything you can't.
- Keep track of which techs still need to upload their models and chase them until it's done.
- Send the client delivery/update emails once a model is ready.
- Send me a short end-of-night report (what's done, what's flagged, what's still missing).
- Help out with hiring tasks when we're bringing someone new on (posting jobs, screening applicants) - this isn't the main job, just an occasional add-on.

Scheduling and client-facing coordination stays with me - this role is QC, delivery, and keeping the team on track, not scheduling shoots.

Hours: 7 days a week since jobs come in most days, but it's not a big time commitment - averages about 2 hours a night, sometimes more depending on volume. Needs to be wrapped up by 8-10pm Eastern time (roughly 8-10am Manila the next morning). One day off a week, we'll work out coverage for it up front.

What we're looking for:
- At least a year of QA/editing or VA experience, ideally with Matterport or real estate photo/video work
- A sharp eye for detail - this job is about catching what's wrong before the client sees it
- Good written English for client emails and reports
- Reliable internet and a backup power plan, since the deadline is firm
- Comfortable with Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace

Nice to have: experience with Matterport Workshop, Aryeo, or CubiCasa; any recruiting/hiring experience.

Pay: $5-6/hour to start based on experience, paid weekly through Wise. Goes to $7/hr after 90 days if things are going well, reviewed every 6 months after that.
