United Rehab Group (URG) provides home-based physical and occupational therapy services across Southern California. Our mission is to help patients recover and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their homes — with care, precision, and compassion.

What We’re Looking For: Care Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling/Care Coordinator to support our growing home health operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating and distributing patient caseloads by assigning them to therapists and maintaining accurate schedules in the system or oversee the discharge process by performing quality checks on pending discharge charts, submitting and following up on discharge requests, coordinating with the Insurance team, and completing other related administrative tasks. Additionally, you will handle inbound and outbound calls and contact patients as needed regarding scheduling, discharge, or other related concerns.

* Compensation: $275/month (fixed) via Payoneer
* Working Schedule: Sunday - Friday starting 1pm - 5pm (Pacific Time)

Qualifications:
- BPO experience or remote work experience is required
- No other work commitments preferred
- Healthcare or home health experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent ability to multitask and perform well in high-pressure settings
- Stable wired internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download & upload)
- Reliable device (minimum 8GB RAM)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace and noise-canceling headset
- Backup power and internet connection available
