?? PARTNER NETWORK LEAD — PHILIPPINES

Bees Mobile is a digital communications company offering US/HK virtual numbers and travel eSIMs.

We are expanding in the Philippines and looking for a motivated Partner Network Lead to recruit, train, and grow our local partner network.

This is a long-term opportunity starting with a paid trial.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Recruit Partners and Team Leaders across the Philippines
* Find candidates through Facebook, Messenger, online communities, and your network
* Present Bees Mobile through Zoom/Messenger
* Train and onboard new Partners using our materials
* Follow up and help Partners grow their teams
* Track results and submit a simple weekly report
* Share feedback about the Philippine market

Experience in recruitment, sales, direct selling, network marketing, insurance, reseller networks, VA management, or team building is a big advantage.

? 2-WEEK PAID TRIAL

10 working days × USD 20/day = USD 200

We provide:

* Clear targets and instructions
* Full payment for completed work, even if targets are not reached

We will evaluate your recruitment, communication, follow-up, and team-building skills.

? WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Fluent Tagalog
* Good spoken and written English
* Recruitment / sales / team-building experience
* Comfortable recruiting and training people
* Independent, organized, and responsible
* Stable internet and a quiet place for calls
* Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools

Bonus: Existing network in VA, OFW, travel, insurance, or direct-selling communities.

? CAREER PATH

**Stage 1: 2-week paid trial — USD 200 total
**Stage 2: 3-month trial — USD 600–1,000/month + bonus
**Stage 3: Long-term — up to USD 1,300/month + bonus
