JOB OVERVIEW

Fire Systems Estimator

AFlash Fire is seeking an experienced **Fire Systems Estimator** to join our team in a remote role.

We are looking for someone with **demonstrated estimating experience across both wet and dry fire systems** who can confidently prepare accurate quotations and tenders with minimal supervision.

## The Role

- Prepare quotations and tenders for service, repairs, fit-outs and construction works
- Review drawings, specifications and fire service reports
- Complete labour and material take-offs
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare clear scopes of work, exclusions and qualifications
- Estimate both **wet and dry fire systems**
- Work closely with our service and projects teams

## About You

You must have:

- Proven fire protection estimating experience
- Experience estimating **both wet and dry fire systems**
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and Australian Standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is not a trainee position. **Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous fire protection estimating experience.**
