JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a detail-oriented **Customer Service and Account Health Specialist** to manage customer concerns and account performance across **Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop**.

## Responsibilities

* Respond to customer messages professionally and on time
* Resolve order, shipping, cancellation, return, refund, and replacement issues
* Monitor Amazon and TikTok Shop account-health dashboards
* Review performance notifications, violations, warnings, and customer complaints
* Manage Amazon A-to-z claims, negative feedback, chargebacks, and Seller Support cases
* Address TikTok Shop violations, negative reviews, disputes, and support tickets
* Draft appeals and Plans of Action for account or listing issues
* Monitor key performance metrics and flag potential risks
* Help resolve suppressed, rejected, or deactivated product listings
* Maintain accurate records of cases, appeals, and resolutions
* Follow marketplace policies and protect customer information

## Requirements

* Experience with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, or both
* At least one year of e-commerce or customer-service experience
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong problem-solving and research skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organization
* Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection

Experience with Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop fulfillment, account-health appeals, disputes, and Plans of Action is preferred.
