JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our international fashion e-commerce stores.

Remote | Long-term | Starting at $3 USD/hour
Starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service tickets quickly and professionally
• Assist with orders, shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations
• Communicate with suppliers
• Work with Shopify, Re:amaze, Google Sheets and ----------
• Attend occasional online team meetings

Requirements

• E-commerce customer service experience
• Experience with Re:amaze and Shopify
• Supplier communication experience
• Strong written English and fast typing
• Comfortable handling a high volume of tickets
• Experience with ChatGPT, DeepL or translation tools
• Comfortable working with multiple languages
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Highly flexible with shifts and working hours
• Available across all 7 days of the week

Fashion e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
