NOW HIRING: Inside Solar Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist

US Power | Remote – Philippines | Full-Time | U.S. Pacific Time

Are you confident, persuasive, and great at turning conversations into appointments?

US Power, a California-based solar, battery, and roofing company, is hiring a high-energy salesperson to convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments.

This is not a customer service or phone-answering role. You must be comfortable building rapport, overcoming objections, following up persistently, and asking for the appointment.

What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly to new inbound leads
Call new, existing, and older leads
Build trust and identify each homeowner’s needs
Explain solar, battery, and roofing solutions
Handle objections and confidently book qualified appointments
Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM
Assist with basic SEO and lead-generation projects when needed

Who We’re Looking For:

Positive, energetic, engaging, and persuasive personality
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone sales, closing, and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking with American homeowners
Persistent without being pushy
Organized, dependable, motivated, and results-driven
Able to work independently and take ownership of leads

Experience with U.S. solar, roofing, appointment setting, CRM systems, solar design, or SEO is a major advantage. However, we will train an exceptional salesperson with the right personality, confidence, and work ethic.

Required Work Setup:

Available full-time during U.S. Pacific Time hours
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet, professional home workspace
Suitable computer and quality headset
Comfortable keeping your camera on throughout the entire shift—this is a firm requirement!

Compensation:

Competitive monthly base salary plus performance incentives and bonuses. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and demonstrated sales ability.
