Role Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is the front line of the spot freight boards, turning inbound quote requests into booked, compliant, on-time coverage. This role owns the full spot-quote cycle — from the moment a customer request or load hits the board to the moment a vetted carrier is confirmed and handed off to Operations. Success in this role means fast, accurate responses; rates that win freight without giving away margin; and a clean handoff every time.

Job Duties:
Monitor customer email and load boards for inbound spot quote requests and respond within 30-45 minutes, every time
Price spot freight competitively while protecting gross margin
Post loads and source capacity via DAT, ITS and direct carrier outreach
Negotiate rates with US carrier dispatch by phone and email
Vet carriers for compliance before booking
Confirm coverage and hand the load to ops support with complete details

Requirements:
4+ years in US freight brokerage — carrier sales, spot pricing, or dispatch
Strong spoken English; will be on the phone with US carriers and shippers daily
Comfortable negotiating and holding a rate under pressure
Experience with a US TMS (Revenova preferred), DAT, Highway, Carrier411, Trucker tools
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
Available for US Central business hours (approx. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT)
