Support recruitment and coordination for interviews, focus groups, and surveys targeting general and special populations
Track relevant public health, policy, and social trends that may inform ongoing or upcoming campaigns
Collaborate with account leads and consultants to ensure research aligns with each client's broader communications and advocacy strategy
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track audience and behavioral data over time
Maintain organized documentation of research methods, data sources, and findings across multiple concurrent client projects
Present research insights to internal teams and, when appropriate, directly to clients or coalition partners
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience conducting audience research, behavioral or public-opinion data analysis, or related work, ideally within a public health, advocacy, nonprofit, government, or agency setting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate it into clear recommendations
Experience with survey or public-opinion research methodology, focus groups, and secondary data analysis
Working knowledge of SQL and experience building dashboards or data visualizations
Comfort managing multiple research projects simultaneously across different clients and subject areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to varied audiences
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive or community-specific data
Genuine interest in public health, advocacy, or community-focused communications work
Nice to Have
Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Familiarity with Python for data analysis
Familiarity with research involving multicultural or LGBTQ+ communities
Background in public health, political science, sociology, communications, or a related field
Market research or public opinion research background
Experience presenting research findings to clients or external stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
Research that provides clear, reliable insights account teams can confidently build campaign strategy around
Timely, well-organized reporting that keeps client research projects on track
Strong collaboration with account leads to ensure research findings translate into effective, audience-informed campaigns
