Summary
Level Up Agency is a fast-growing email marketing agency based in the Netherlands. We work exclusively with high-end direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands on Klaviyo. No templates, no dropshippers: every email is fully custom, designed around a detailed brand brief.
We're growing and need a full-time designer to join our team.
What you'll do
- Design email campaigns and automated flows for premium D2C brands, working from a clear brief
- Work across multiple brands per day, each with its own guidelines and tone
- Turn feedback into fast, clean iterations
- Use AI tools in your design process to work faster and smarter
- Deliver on deadline, every time
Who we're looking for
- Strong email design skills with a Figma portfolio to prove it
- OR: a strong UX/UI designer with excellent visual work and no email experience yet. If your design skills are there, we'll teach you the email side
- Production-level Figma (Photoshop is a plus)
- You work on-brand to existing guidelines. This is not the place for your personal style
- You already use AI in your workflow and can tell us how
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-brand agency setting
- Ownership: you fix problems, ask where needed, and keep moving
- No ego on revisions
- Fluent English
Hours
Full-time, paid for 8 hours per day. You start between 8:00 and 10:00 CET and your workday is finished before 20:00 CET. How you plan your hours in between is up to you, as long as the work gets done. We work on deadlines, not on the clock.
What you'll get
-Fully custom design work for fast-growing brands
-A small team with daily feedback and a design lead who reviews your work
- Video trainings, SOPs and all tools provided
- Long-term position in a growing agency
This is NOT for you if
- You need a rigid, single-brand, predictable workload
- You see deadlines or revision rounds as a problem
- You're looking for part-time or a side project
How to apply
1. Your Figma portfolio showing your email designs (or your UX/UI work if you're applying as a UX designer). This is required.
2. A short introduction about yourself and how you use AI in your design process.
If selected, you'll receive a short trial design: a random brand via chat, one example email. This shows us your design thinking and attention to detail.
Applications without a Figma portfolio will not be considered.
