JOB OVERVIEW

We Don't Just Hire VAs. We Build Them.

Position Summary
Elorae works with education programs such as Leaders Academy in Korea. Our team produces curriculum, events, marketing, media, websites, operations support, and other work that is used by real students, parents, teachers, and partners.

We are opening paid internship positions for college students in the Philippines who want to do real work, build a real portfolio, and learn how a remote international team actually operates.

This is not a coffee-fetching internship and it is not an unpaid "experience" arrangement. You will join an active workstream and produce work that matters.

How It Works
Interns are a cross-cutting layer across our teams. You apply to the area that best matches your skills and interests.

You are not locked into one tiny task forever. Strong interns may contribute across related areas, but we start by finding the work you can actually do well.

What You Need
You must be currently enrolled in a college or university in the Philippines and be at least a second-year student.

You need:
• Strong working English
• Your own laptop or desktop for roles that require one
• Stable internet, minimum 30 Mbps download with acceptable latency
• A workspace where you can focus and join video calls
• Enough maturity to meet deadlines without being chased
• A willingness to learn from direct feedback and revise your work

For design, media, web, curriculum, editing, and other portfolio-based roles, show us what you have already made. Student work is fine if it is genuinely yours and genuinely good.

What You Get
This is paid work at 100 PHP per hour from day one.

You get real assignments, real feedback, and portfolio material from active programs. If your school requires official documentation for practicum, OJT, or academic credit, we can coordinate directly with your institution.

Strong interns are also the first people we look at when regular paid VA positions open. We prefer to promote people whose work we already know.

September Philippines Interviews
We will conduct full in-person interview days in Cebu on September 22 and Manila on September 24. Strong applicants who can attend one of those days should make sure their current city is clear in the application. The internship itself is remote.
