JOB OVERVIEW

We are a multi-location beauty brand spanning salons, events, a haircare line, an Academy, a magazine and a podcast. We're building out our Blow Bar Academy on LearnWorlds and need a specialist to take our training courses from raw content to polished, professional, ready-to-launch courses. The role

You'll own the full build of our Academy courses on LearnWorlds — from platform setup and course architecture through to producing the video and graphic content that goes inside them. This is a hands-on build role, not just content upload.

What you'll do

Build, structure and engineer courses in LearnWorlds (modules, lessons, quizzes, certificates, drip content, user enrolment and access rules)
Set up and optimise the LearnWorlds platform — pages, branding, integrations, and the mobile app experience
Produce and edit course video content (talking-head, voiceover, screen recordings, technique demos)
Create course graphics, thumbnails, worksheets and supporting visual assets
Upload, test and QA every course end-to-end before launch
Work with our team to turn existing training material into structured, engaging learning
What we need from you

Proven experience building courses on LearnWorlds (please share examples of courses you've built)
Strong video production and editing skills
Graphic design / content creation ability
Comfortable engineering the platform — not just adding content
Reliable, organised, able to work to deadlines
Bonus: experience in beauty, education, or staff training content
