JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an appointment setter to join our growing global team for full-time employment.

The appointments team at Redline Legal Group is in charge of responding to new warm lead inquiries, qualifying them, and scheduling them for appointments.

Base Salary + Commission

Your appointment booking tasks will include:

Respond to new lead inquiries via phone and text
You talk to interested leads, qualify them, and book appointments (training + script provided)
Answer any questions and resolve any concerns that leads may have
Managing CRM & updating spreadsheets
Schedule leads for an appointment time
Follow up and nurture leads until they are ready to schedule an appointment
Complete ongoing daily and weekly training to continuously improve your skills

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and computer system navigation skills are required
Fluent, native-sounding English skills, spoken, written, and reading
Strong internet connection & have your own fast computer
Must be available to work full-time (8-Hours Per Day)
Operating Hours: EST (10 AM - 6 PM)
Reliable, high-speed internet
Laptop or PC with webcam
USB wired headset with Good Mic
