JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced property management assistant with Buildium experience to help us set up and organize our Buildium account and assist with ongoing property management needs.

We currently manage 8 rental units and plan to grow rapidly, with a goal of reaching approximately 80 units within the next 12 months. This position will start with relatively limited hours while our portfolio is small, but the workload and hours will increase significantly as we acquire additional properties.

Initial responsibilities will include setting up Buildium properly, entering properties and tenants, organizing leases and records, setting up rent collection and accounting workflows, and helping establish systems that will allow us to scale efficiently. Ongoing responsibilities may include tenant communication, rent tracking, maintenance coordination, bookkeeping support, lease administration, and other day-to-day property management tasks.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, responsive, and already familiar with Buildium. Ideally, we want someone interested in a long-term position who can grow with our portfolio and take on additional responsibility as we expand. Must be available during PST working hours.
