JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

This position is focused primarily on finding profitable Online Arbitrage opportunities for the Amazon US marketplace. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience sourcing Amazon products and is comfortable using both Keepa and SellerAmp SAS.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to think independently when sourcing. We value quality leads over simply submitting a large number of products.

Your Role Will Include:
•Sourcing Online Arbitrage products from established US retailers
•Using different sourcing methods, including manual sourcing, storefront stalking, reverse sourcing, and other proven OA methods
•Using Keepa and SellerAmp SAS to analyze potential products
•Reviewing pricing history, Buy Box history, BSR/sales history, seller count, competition, Amazon presence, brand presence, profit, ROI, fees, and other listing risks
•Making sure products and listings are correctly matched, including size, quantity, variation, pack count, and other important details
•Identifying potential red flags before submitting a product
•Recording leads accurately in Google Sheets
•Following the sourcing criteria provided by our company
•Adjusting sourcing methods when one store or strategy is not producing good opportunities
•Communicating questions or concerns when necessary

Required Experience:
•Keepa — REQUIRED
•SellerAmp SAS — REQUIRED
•Previous Amazon US Online Arbitrage sourcing experience
•Understanding of BSR, estimated sales, Buy Box, seller count, ROI, profit, Amazon fees, and listing competition
•Experience using Google Sheets
•Good written English
•Strong attention to detail
•Reliable and stable internet connection
•Ability to work independently and accept feedback

Experience with Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED.

Sourcing Expectations
You should be comfortable sourcing from established US retailers and using different websites and sourcing strategies rather than relying on only one store.

This is intended to become a long-term position for the right person.
