PAID MEDIA COORDINATOR – MARKETING
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.
The Paid Media Coordinator will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media channels. This role will help drive customer growth, improve campaign performance, and increase brand awareness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle daily execution, monitoring, and performance tasks across paid media channels.
• Collaborate with agency partners to collect creative assets, reports, landing page data, and lead form information for marketing initiatives.
• Monitor daily campaign pacing and KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Lead to set up new call-tracking accounts for new campaigns and rebranding initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research, website research, ad group research, and audience targeting research.
• Link, update, and maintain Google Business Profiles across business locations.
• Support agency partners in managing Bing Ads/Microsoft Ads and improving ongoing campaign performance.
• Support promotional and flash-sale campaigns by coordinating assets, verifying campaign setup, and scheduling campaign launches and pauses in Asana.
• Assist with data exports and preparation of paid media performance reports for office, practice, and regional reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations and Digital teams to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for the Marketing Director.
• Support updates to Google Business Profiles and other local listing platforms.
• Maintain accurate business information across listings and coordinate updates when team or location information changes.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation and allocation of Google, Meta, and Microsoft/Bing advertising invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to match leads and contracts with marketing attribution data to ensure accurate performance reporting.
• Support new campaign launches and rebranding initiatives, including campaign setup, reporting, and billing.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or coordinating paid media campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of campaign reporting, data reconciliation, and marketing attribution.
