JOB OVERVIEW

JUNIOR META ADS SPECIALIST

A successful Meta Ads Specialist is hands-on, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.

This is a full-time, entry-level position within Mercurymarine's Performance Team. You will focus on supporting and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

The ideal candidate is curious, enjoys research, communicates well, and is motivated to develop into a skilled paid media professional.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts according to industry best practices.

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI.

• Support the SEM Manager with daily advertising account maintenance, monitoring, and reporting.

• Conduct research, summarize findings, and share insights to support campaign strategy and planning.

• Communicate with members of the Performance Team and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Update documentation and maintain accurate information in project management tools.

• Learn and implement emerging paid media strategies to support Mercurymarine's overall performance marketing initiatives.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

• Client Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts are managed efficiently to generate high-quality leads.

• Campaign performance follows best practices and continuously improves over time.

• Daily account management is handled accurately, reliably, and proactively, reducing the need for close supervision from the SEM Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning digital marketing and paid advertising.

• Ability to remain productive, organized, and focused in a remote working environment.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Facebook (Meta) Ads is helpful, but a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are essential.

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, or HTML.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Chat.

• Basic graphic design knowledge.
