JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for video editors who can make viral content on Instagram and TikTok. We don't care how good your effects are or how complicated your cuts are — all we care about is whether you can make videos that are funny and entertaining enough to go viral, while positioning a product and highlighting it in a creative, funny way that builds brand awareness and draws attention to it.

This isn't your classic form of selling. Knowing marketing fundamentals is very important here, and we want you to be able to sell our product — but our organic strategy hinges far more on going viral and creating brand awareness than on selling at a very high rate.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our offer isn't just a steady base to help you get started — it comes with strong upside: we pay 25% commission on the sales you drive. We've been running this creator program for a while, with an army of 60+ creators making talking-head UGC, and the ceiling is real: our top creator has driven over $60,000 in sales in a single month. At our 25% rate, driving numbers like that means more than $15,000 in commission — in a single month, on top of base. That's our top performer, not the average, but the upside is uncapped and it's yours the moment your videos perform.

TOOLS & SCHEDULE

Whether you want to bring your own tools and already know how to edit, or you want to learn, we've got you — we can provide CapCut and media so it's as easy as possible to just get started and start editing. The schedule is very flexible: work as little or as much as you like.

HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER

What we care about is that you're improving and building toward being able to go viral consistently. Organic social media isn't a science — it's more of an art, and art can take time. We want to see that you have a talent for driving engagement. When you're getting started we'll set a minimum number of videos so you build reps, but we judge you on how your videos perform, not how many you post. We'd rather you put out content you're proud of than post just to post.
