THE ROLE

As our Content Strategist, you'll design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns that drive real business outcomes. You'll work across paid advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, and more, with a single mission: amplify our clients' digital presence and turn strategies into leads and revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Conduct deep market and audience research to understand each client's competitive landscape and growth opportunities
* Benchmark competitor activity and identify strategic gaps we can exploit
* Define clear, measurable digital goals aligned with each client's business objectives
* Write high-converting ad copy, creative briefs, and campaign frameworks across platforms
* Set up and manage analytics infrastructure to track performance in real time
* Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize for maximum ROI and lead quality
* Collaborate with our creative and execution teams to bring strategies to life
* Build quarterly and annual roadmaps that stack wins and compound results

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
* Proven track record designing and executing multi-channel content strategies or direct-response marketing campaigns
* Deep familiarity with paid ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and/or SEO
* Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to make decisions and optimize performance
* Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign results
* Ability to think strategically while staying detail-oriented on execution
* Self-directed work style suited to a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

* Experience marketing to home service contractors, trades, or local service businesses
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms
* Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
* Track record of scaling campaigns from concept to significant revenue impact
